Thank you for the question. In my opinion, it totally depends on what you are wearing. Are you wearing it under a heavy coat? Are you wearing it over a cute top and jeans and no coat? All of these coem in to play when deciding how to tie it. (And believe me - there are tons of ways!)It also depends on you.
